Perhaps the PML-N is not very confident about winning the seat. So far so good, but the PML-N has only examined legal lacunas in the judgement of the election tribunal. It seems to have failed to realise that in this case the election tribunal has given a verdict against the lower judiciary, ie, ROs and POs. The PML-N should have gone for a by-election. It would have reasserted its claims of popularity.
