KARACHI: The organisers on Sunday unveiled the draws for the 48th National Senior Men’s Volleyball Championship which will commence at the WAPDA Sports Complex in Lahore on Monday (today).
As many as 11 outfits are featuring in the event, which have been bracketed in four different pools.
Pool A carries holders WAPDA, AJK, FATA, Pool B contains Police and Army, Pool C features KP, PAF, Balochistan, while Pool D has Punjab, Navy and Sindh.
On Monday (today), AJK will face FATA, Punjab will meet Navy, PAF will face Balochistan, while WAPDA lock horns with Army. Chairman and Patron-in-Chief of WAPDA Sports Board Zafar Mehmood will be the chief guest during opening ceremony. The event is being sponsored by Allied Bank.
