In a petition, trader Attique Mughal said that he was sitting in his shop when he saw that Sub-Inspector Afzal was allegedly beating a man. He came to the SI and asked him not to beat the man. It infuriated the accused policeman and he pushed Attique in his official van and took him to Lohianwala police post where he allegedly tortured him.
