The three-day Dream Home Expo 2015 organised by the Jang Media Group concluded at the Pak-China Friendship Centre here on Sunday.
A large number of families not only got information about projects of real estate builders but also enjoyed live performances by renowned Pakistani singers.Talking to ‘The News,’ the visitors said that it was a great idea to bring the real estate builders under one roof and also arrange live performances by Pakistani singers to attract families and give them good opportunity to have fun with their loved ones.
They said that the Jang Media Group provided them an opportunity to meet a large number of real estate builders and know about their ongoing and upcoming housing projects. “It is impossible to meet such a large number of real estate builders in one day and we are thankful to the Jang Media Group for providing a great opportunity,” said a visitor.
Fahim Ali, a visitor, said that he was planning to meet real estate builders to find a good option for the construction of his house. “The expo gave me a chance to meet a large number of real estate builders at one place.” He said the expo has become more interesting with live performances by renowned Pakistani singers. He appreciated the Jang Media Group for arranging the expo in the federal capital.
Ameena Khan, a visitor, said she has got lots of information about the projects of real estate builders which would help her in selecting the best offer. Not only families but investors also found good opportunity to know about new projects for investment. Around 80 stalls of different estate builders were set up in the Dream Home Expo 2015.
The stallholders, while talking to ‘The News’, said that the Dream Home Expo 2015 was really successful. “In this expo, we got an opportunity to meet a number of people who were planning to have their own house,” said a stallholder.
“During the expo, we found many serious buyers. We are now in contact with them for construction of their houses according to their budgets,” he added.The stallholders said in the expo they have meet many investors who want to invest in this sector which is a healthy sign for the real estate industry. They appreciated the efforts of Jang Media Group and said there is a need to arrange more such expos in future.
