UNIVERSITY of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore arranged Naat-Qirat and posters competition in connection with the Spring Festival 2015 here on Wednesday.
Students from various departments participated in the competitions. In poster competition, Rahat Naseer got first position, Jeveria got second and Amna Mustafa bagged third position.
According to a press release issued here Wednesday, in Naat competition male category, Umair Hussain got first position, Rehan Ashraf got second and Zain-ul-Abdin got third position while in female category Ayesha Yaqoob got first position, Maria Idrees second, Madeeha Naz stood on third position.
In Qirat male competition, Hafiz Atique got first position, Hafiz Zaid second and Hafiz Moavia got third position while in female category Hareem Bakhsh got first, Nadia Saleem second and Khansa Kifayat stood on third position.
