The PTI Central Information Secretary Fawad Chaudhry conveyed this to a letter to Chief Election Commissioner Justice (R) Sardar Muhammad Raza and the nominated caretaker chief minister Punjab Nasir Mehmood Khosa.
He said in the letter that Ms Hamid’s appointment was made hours before the Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif’s term ends that too to fill a constitutional post. He claimed this appointment was made in a hasty decision amid preparations for the general elections.
