GUJRANWALA: A man allegedly tortured and fractured the hand of his wife over domestic issue here at Kohlu Wala on Friday. Talking to media men at the DHQ hospital, Jamila alleged that her husband Riasat has contracted second marriage and he often tortured her over minor issues. On Friday, he again allegedly tortured her with sticks and broke her hand.
