PC celebrates Earth Hour

Pearl Continental Hotel, Rawalpindi celebrates its commitment to living sustainability once again taking part in Earth Hour, urging other hotels to do the same, says a press release.
Public Relations Manager Asad ul Hussain said, “We are turning off our lights for Earth Hour to save energy. Guests at the PC Rawalpindi can expect a fun and romantic evening as the lights go out to raise awareness of climate change and the need to reduce energy expenditure.”
Irfan Mir, General Manager, Pearl Continental, Rawalpindi said, “We are looking forward to show our support for this great initiative”. He further added, “this entire hotel lobby, hotel restaurants and lawns had been decorated with candle lights and at 8.30 p.m. — Earth Hour time — lights were turned down.
