Malaak Rehman and Nour Mohamed El Serry, students of grades 4 and 6 respectively at the Sheikh Zayed International Academy (SZIA), have won the only two awards given to participants of the Kangaroo Linguistic English Essay Writing Competition.
The competition, which was organised by Kangaroo Linguistic English all over Pakistan, had 689 students taking part in the grade 4 essay writing competition, in which Malaak Rehman stood first and earned a gold medal. Malaak is also a high achiever in terms of her overall performance in academics and sports. Nour Mohamed El Serry of grade 6 earned the bronze medal in the essay writing competition in which 285 students from grade 6 all over Pakistan participated.
‘SZIA is, no doubt, a proud Academy,’ the school’s principal Wafaa A Ghaffar briefly stated on the occasion.
