Imran, Nawaz are power hungry: Bilawal
QUETTA: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, while criticising the political rivals, said on Friday that Imran Khan and Nawaz Sharif’s basic priority was to get power, Geo News reported.
He posed a question as to who would talk about missing persons and battered and distorted corpses found in different parts of Balochistan.
He said those who had not lost anything would not understand his pain. The PPP chairman was addressing a party rally in Quetta, where he said that his party could not forget the blood of martyrs.
“Opponents say we do politics over dead,” said Bilawal, adding, “They wound us, hurt us, then taunt us for crying.” He said that his party would continue to raise its voice until implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP) was completed.
“The PPP always takes everyone forward with it,” said Bilawal, lamenting that they did not get due share of the National Finance Commission (NFC) Award. "They keep us underprivileged, then come here to ridicule our condition," said Bilawal. The PPP chairman said that Pakistan would have to bring an end to militancy.
