LAHORE : City Traffic Police issued a comprehensive traffic plan for PTI’s public gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan on Sunday (today).
At least 11 DSPs, 48 inspectors, 90 patrolling officers and 710 traffic wardens will perform duty on the said occasion. As per plan, traffic moving towards Shahdara from Mall Road and Secretariat will go to Outfall Road and from Saggian to Ring Road. Shahdara Chowk to Old Ravi Bridge as well as Mall Road, Jail Road, Canal Road, Ferozpur Road, Ring Road, Lower Mall Road and Outfall Road will remain open for all kinds of traffic. Heavy traffic will be diverted from Kala Shah Kaku, Kot Abdul-Malik, Faizpur Interchange, Al-Moeed Chowk, Shahdara Chowk, Bagum Kot Chowk and Barkat Pulli.
