Poppy crop destroyed in Mohmand

PESHAWAR: The authorities in Mohmand Agency have destroyed poppy crop on more than 800 kanals land. According to Assistant Police Agent Tauseef Khalid, the administration had received information about poppy in Prang Ghar and Yousaf Baba areas.To a question, he said poppy had been grown traditionally for centuries, and that was the reason that it was difficult to finish its cultivation easily.
