Two brothers shot dead in Lakki Marwat

LAKKI MARWAT: Two brothers were shot dead over an old enmity in Naurang town, police said on Friday. They said that Kamran and Imran were ambushed by their rivals when they were going to Naurang city for shopping. The armed attackers also burnt the motorcycle of the deceased and escaped the scene. Burhanullah, father of the deceased, told police in his preliminary report that his sons Kamran and Imran were attacked by their rivals near Kotka Shadi Khan.

"I and my brother were on another bike and my sons were going ahead of us when they came under attack," he said, adding, one of the attackers also burnt the bike of his sons and made his good escape with other accomplices from the scene of crime. The complainant said his family had a blood feud with the attackers. Police said that they registered a case against the killers including Sadidullah, Hamid Nawaz, Mohsin and Asif Nawaz nominated by complainant Burhanullah and launched an investigation.
