Super TT League begins
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Commanders won both their matches on the opening day of Pakistan Table Tennis Super League (PTTSL) at the Liaquat Gymnasium Monday.
Following opening ceremony Sunday, the League got under way Monday with Islamabad beating Multan Sufiyan 3-0 and Peshawar Dilawars 3-0.The league is being held in coordination of Pakistan Table Tennis Association (PTTA) and Islamabad Tennis Association (ITA). “Table tennis has made history as after cricket this is the only game where league is being organized. The league would help generate table tennis interest amongst masses,” Nadeem Syed ITTA secretary and chairman national selection committee said.
