KARACHI: Trials to pick Sindh’s men team for the 53rd National Swimming championship will be held here at Karachi Gymkhana on March 23 from 10am to 2pm, Sindh Swimming Association (SSA) on Friday said.
SSA said that the results of trials along with timings set by Sindh’s swimmers at international events in 2014-15 will be the basis for selection in Sindh’s team.
The National Open and National Masters Swimming championship will be held from April 10-12 at WAPDA Sports Board Complex, Lahore.
The national championship will also serve as trials for picking swimmers for the 16th FINA World championships which will be staged in Kazan, Russia, from August 5-16.
SSA said that the results of trials along with timings set by Sindh’s swimmers at international events in 2014-15 will be the basis for selection in Sindh’s team.
