Charsadda gets Mobile Emergency Medical Response Unit
CHARSADDA: The Rescue 1122 on Friday provided the Mobile Emergency Medical Response Unit facility to its district branch.
The unit is equipped with four beds, a mini-operation theater, mini laboratory, blood bank, cardiac monitor, ventilator, suction unit and intensive care unit.
The facility was provided on the directives of the newly appointed Director General of Rescue 1122 Services Dr Khateer Ahmad. It was handed over the district branch of the services at a special ceremony.
Besides others, Deputy Commissioner Muntazir Khan, Deputy Superintendent of Police Iftikhar Shah and officials of the Rescue 1122 service were present on the occasion.
The speakers hoped the facility would help enhance the capacity of the district chapter of the service to save lives.
