Salman gets Asian Athletics job

LAHORE: President Athletics Federation of Pakistan (AFP), Maj Gen (r) Akram Sahi has got Salman Iqbal Butt, Secretary General Punjab Athletics Association/foreign qualified athletics coach, appointed as Asian Athletics Association Director. The AFP has termed it a marvelous achievement of the federation. Salman will be responsible for the projects for trainers and coaches in Asia. This shows the confidence and good relations of all Member Federations of Asian Athletics Association with AFP.

The newly appointed Director Development Athletics Asia, Salman Iqbal Butt thanked AFP President and assured that he will make his best efforts to perform the entrusted responsibilities upto his capabilities and to the entire satisfaction of AFP, AAA and IAAF.
