Faysal Bank launches digital securities

KARACHI: Faysal Bank introduced a new facility for digitally creating and trading in investor portfolio securities (IPS) accounts, a statement said on Tuesday.
“The customers, by using Mobit Internet Banking/ Mobile App on their devices, can easily trade in government securities without having to visit a physical branch,” it added.
Through Faysal Self Invest, Mobit users will have access to rate sheet quoting prices for government of securities including treasury bills, Pakistan Investment Bonds (PIB’s) and Ijara Sukuks. “The customers can start investing through this platform with an amount as per investor guide lines provided by State Bank of Pakistan,” the statement said.
