People miss PML-Q service: Pervaiz

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Q senior central leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has said that people miss development works of his tenure, because of its services and the future belongs to Pakistan Muslim League-Q.

A delegation of the PML-Q Youth Wing, Sialkot, headed by the wing head and ticket-holder Sadaf Butt, called on the PML-Q senior central leader and former deputy prime minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and former federal minister Ch Wajahat Hussain at their residence here Monday.

The delegation included Mirza Mazhar Mushtaq, Dr Shehzad Naseem, Rahat Butt, Tajammul Butt, Ashfaq Sulehri, Ch Umar, Rana Noor Ahmad, Syed Hassan Shah, Ch Jamshed, Haji Arshad Mughal and Malik Faiz Awan among others.

Talking to the delegation, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi gave approval for setting up enrolment camp in Sialkot, and said Dr Allama Iqbal who gave the idea of creation of Pakistan hailed from this city, as such especial responsibility evolves on the PML-Q workers and youths that they should play important role in strengthening the party who created Pakistan so that like establishment of Pakistan it can unite all Muslim Leaguers for playing historical role once more.

devaluation of rupee: Pakistan Awami Tehreek-e-Inqilab (PATI) chairman Prof Aftab Lodhi has expressed deep concern over sudden devaluation of Pak rupee against US dollar by ‘money mafia’ and said the conspiracy has increased foreign debts on the country Rs 500 billion in a few hours.

Talking to journalists here on Monday, Prof Aftab Lodhi said Pakistani rupee plunged into historic lowest level, adding national currency has become the world`s poorest currency to benefit tax evasions and money launderers. He said the miserable devaluation of national currency showed currency mafia had no moral values.
