LAHORE: District Assembly Thursday approved various resolutions, including construction of boundary walls of all graveyards across the provincial metropolis. The assembly approved the resolutions in the 16th session.
Speaker Mehar Mehmood chaired the session. Several resolutions were presented in the session including shifting of a filth collection depo of Ozpak at Sodiwal, construction of water filtration plants, and rehabilitation of roads. Meanwhile, local government secretary has posted Sardar Naseer Ahmed as MCL Chief Officer against a vacant post.
