LAHORE: The HBL Pakistan Super League management on Wednesday employed two helicopters to dry out the rain-hit wet pitch and the ground. One helicopter was sent by the Punjab government and the other by Pakistan Army. The last time a chopper was used to dry the pitch was way back in 1996 for the World Cup final between Sri Lanka and Australia.PCB Chairman Najam Sethi shared the development with fans on Twitter. He wrote: “Heli drying the ground in Lahore. As in 1996 World Cup. All systems are GO! Inshallah!”
