No bus day
March 19, 2018
Universities in Pakistan are facing the problem of the shortage of buses. Almost every university offers bus service to its students. However, the fleet of buses which is owned by universities is not sufficient enough to accommodate all students. Students at Islamic International University Islamabad (IIUI) are facing a great deal of problems because of this shortage.
Buses overloaded with students are the primary cause of unfortunate accidents that have injured large numbers of students. Many students have written applications to the relevant department, but to no avail. The university administration must pay attention to this issue and take steps to increase the number of buses to accommodate students.
