This is to point out the negligence of the authorities concerned with regard to the revision of the books that are being taught at schools and colleges. It is unfortunate that the Sindh Board is still publishing outdated textbooks that contain old theories that have been rejected across the world. People who did their matriculation in the 1990s studied from the same textbooks that are being taught in today’s education institutions.
Many books are also laced with so many errors – both grammar and factual – but no competent authority has looked into this matter. The people are demanding the Sindh government to come out of its deep slumber and bring necessary reforms to the education sector.
