Waiting for change

There are several government organisations where nothing is being done to address the issues of employees. The annual fund that is allotted to these organisations is barely spent on the welfare of employees. A large amount of money is spent to provide perks to the people who are at higher positions.

It is interesting to note that the people who already make a large amount of money are given different allowances, including utility allowance along with car and house allowances. The authorities concerned need to safeguard the interests of employees who are working in various government organisations.
