Moonis appears before NAB

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Q senior leader Moonis Elahi, son of former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, on Wednesday appeared before a National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team in Lahore and recorded his statement regarding establishing an offshore company.
The PML-Q leader stayed inside the NAB office for over an hour and recorded his statement as well as submitted documents. The NAB had summoned Moonis for a second time in a probe related to establishment of offshore company, surfaced in the Panama Papers.
PTI leader Aleem Khan would appear before NAB, Lahore, on Thursday (today) in a probe with regard to his offshore company which was mentioned in Panama Papers. He would appear before the bureau a second time.
