PESHAWAR: Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) provincial head Sikandar Sherpao on Sunday said the provincial government lacked vision and dwellers of the provincial capital were suffering as the Bus Rapid Transit project had been launched without a proper planning.
Addressing a public gathering at Shaheen Muslim Town here, the QWP leader said that there was no uniformity of policies in the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-led government due to which chaos had been created in the province.
He claimed that precious public money was wasted in the name of Peshawar’s beautification. The QWP leader criticised the PTI government for relying on ‘lip-service,’ instead of adopting pragmatic measures for the progress of the province. “The time has come for political forces to lead the process of revival, instead of blame-game,” Sikandar added.
