IHC to hear Axact case on day-to-day basis from March 15
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) adjourned hearing on the appeal of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) till March 15 against the acquittal of chief executive and other accused of Axact in fake degree case on Thursday with the direction that day-to-day hearing of the case would be held from March 15.
The IHC two-member bench comprising Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb held the hearing of FIA appeal against acquittal of Chief Executive Shoaib Sheikh and other accused in Axact fake degree case.
The division bench also ordered Deputy Attorney General Raja Khalid Mehmood to provide paper book to the lawyers of the accused.
Advocate Raja Rizwan Abbasi on behalf of Shoaib Sheikh while Babar Awan representing other accused of the Axact appeared in the court. Deputy Attorney General Raja Khalid Mehmood represented Federation in the case.
