LAHORE : On behalf of Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Minister Primary & Secondary Health Khawaja Imran Nazir visited District Headquarters Hospital Sheikhpura on Wednesday and inaugurated a newly-installed ultrasound machine.
According to a handout issued here, Kh Imran Nazir said that very soon a CT-scan machine would also be installed in DHQ Hospital that would be inaugurated by the chief minister. He said CT-scan machines are being installed in all the DHQ Hospitals on outsourcing model and a renowned company of Japan is installing these machines. The minister was of the view that CT-scan test facility would be provided to the patients free of cost and the test fee would be paid by the government to the operating firm. Kh Imran Nazir said these CT-scan machines would remain operational without any interruption as the maintenance and look after of the machines would also be the responsibility of the company.
