Five teams claim wins in Jang Media Cricket
ISLAMABAD: Star Marketing, Midas, M.Com, Top City and Interflow won their respective matches in the Jang Media Cricket League 2018 here at the National Cricket Ground on Tuesday, says a press release.
Star Marketing crushed Nawa-e-Waqt by 70 runs in the first match of the day. Star Marketing scored 114 runs in the allotted six overs. In reply, Nawa-e-Waqt could only managed 44.
Midas beat Daily Khabrain by 33 runs. Batting first, Midas scored 115 runs while Khabrain were bowled out for 82. M.Com edged Express by three runs in a close encounter. M.Com scored 116 runs while Express reached 113 in the allotted overs.
Top City easily beat 92 News by 31 runs while Interflow outclassed Duniya by 56 runs in the last match of the day. The tournament is being organised by Jang Media Group in collaboration with Star Marketing, Top City, National Savings, Brighto Paints, Vertex, Gandhara City, Real Time Marketing, Redsun Associates, Pak Associate, Multiply and Airport Enclave.
