Hotel, restaurant owners receive licenses
LAKKI MARWAT: Hoteliers and owners of restaurants received licences at a ceremony, Friday. The ceremony was held at the tehsil building in Lakki City wherein Additional Assistant Commissioner Syed Ayub Shah distributed the licences among them. Tourism Department Kohat region head Javed Marwat was also present. The licenses were issued on special instructions of Secretary Tourism Tariq Khan and Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Bakhtiar Khan.
On the occasion, Javed Marwat said that a special campaign was underway to bring the business of hotels and restaurants under relevant laws. He said that implementation of relevant laws and issuing licenses to businessmen would help authorities to keep a check on hotels and restaurants and ensure provision of top class facilities and quality eatery items to people.
