HOUSEHOLD items worth thousands of rupees were reduced to ashes when fire broke out in a house in Hussain Chowk Sham Nagar area on Sunday. Cause of fire was said to be short-circuit.
HELD: Anti Vehicles Lifting Staff Sadar arrested two thieves and recovered six bikes and illegal weapons from their possession.
The arrested were identified as Rab Nawaz and Mohammad Niaz. Bhatti Gate police arrested three accused and recovered three bikes and illicit weapons from their possession. The arrested were identified as Mohammad Imran, Mohammad Yousaf and Soofi Khan who confessed to committing at least 21 crimes in the city.
