Valuables, vehicles taken away

LAHORE: Robbers deprived citizens of their valuables and vehicles worth millions of rupees in the provincial metropolis Tuesday. They made off with valuables worth Rs3 lakh from the house of Asad in Harbanspura, valuables worth Rs 275,000 from the house of Akhtar in Nawankot, Rs 250,000 from the house of Tahir in Baghbanpura, Rs 365,000 from the house of Ilyas in Defence-C and Rs 220,000 from the house of Razzaq in Model Town. Two cars were taken away from Johar Town and Shalimar area. Five motorcycles were stolen from Shadbagh, Ghaziabad, Model Town, Old Anarkali and Racecourse area.
