According to media reports, Transparency International has upgraded Pakistan’s position in Corruption Perception Index (CPI) from 175 to 126.
The government and NAB deserve appreciation for this accomplishment. The strategy employed by NAB to check and create awareness among the masses against corruption has proved to be successful. Our government’s resolve not to tolerate corruption and to support all anti-corruption strategies and laws is also commendable.
