CHAKWAL: City police Wednesday arrested an Afghan national in a crackdown on the Afghans living here illegally.
SHO Zraat Baloch checked Abdul Hakeem Sher Gul, of mohallah Ghosia, and demanded his legal documents. Gul could not produce the papers. He was booked under the Foreign Act.
In another incident, the motorcycle of Tahir Shareef was stolen from mohallah Khawajgan in the area of city police station. Tahir parked his motorbike outside his house and when he came back he found the motorcycle missing.
