CDA to upgrade model school to provide quality education
Islamabad: Exceptional performance of students both in curricular and extra-curricular activities reflects the best professional skills of the teachers of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Model School.
Member Administration, CDA Muhammad Yasir Pirzada expressed these views while addressing as 32nd annual prize distribution ceremony at CDA Model School. On this occasion, esteemed volunteer teacher Master Ayub pride of performance and parents of students in large number were also present
He said that academic activities in combination with extracurricular activities can prepare our next generation to meet the future challenges. In order to provide quality education and elevate standard of education, Authority would further upgrade CDA model school.
Yasir Pirzada said that it is an encouraging fact that students of this school have been traditionally performing up to the mark. He further said that students of the CDA Model School have always shown best results, which could be compared with the top ranking educational institutes of the Federal Capital. He added that students are the future of Pakistan and it is their responsibility to equip themselves with latest information to bring the country at par with the developed countries of the world.
He said that administration wing of the authority has taken concrete measures to provide modern facilities and resources to develop the capacity of students. In this regard, he said, all computers based on obsolete technology have been replaced with latest computers. More issues including promotion of teachers, induction of subject specialist and others would be dealt on priority basis.
Member Administration CDA, Muhammad Yasir Pirzada along with Master Ayub pride of performance distributed prizes among the students who have shown best performance in curricular and extra-curricular activities.
Earlier, students of the CDA Model School displayed band show as well as a colourful tableau. Principal of the school narrated the achievements of CDA Model School and also highlighted the problems faced by the school. The event was participated by the parents and a large number of the students.
