LAHORE: The 5th Servis Tyres 15-a-side Rugby League matches continued on at different venues of the country.

In Division-I match at Pakistan Rugby Academy Lahore Cantt, Lahore Hawks Club and Islamabad Jinns Club had a tough encounter in the initial stage but later the visiting team dominated. Islamabad outclassed Lahore Hawks 49-20. Islamabad Jinns started the match with a good try which was scored by Bilal in 9th minute of first half. In the 15th minute Saad Arif scored a try for Islamabad. In 19th minute Arif from Lahore Hawks scores a penalty for his team. In 22nd minute Ibrahim scored a try for Islamabad. The Arif of Hawks scored a penalty to grab 3 points for his team.

At half time Jinns were leading 17-6. The 2nd half was dominated by Islamabad Jinns. In this session Hamad from Islamabad scored three while Romil scored two tries. From Lahore Hawks Waqas and Arif scored one try each. Islamabad Jinns finally won this match 40-20. Pakistan Rugby Union chairmen Fawzi Khawaja, head coach Shakeel Malik and Rugby Services Manager Syed Moazzam Ali Shah also witnessed the match.
