LAHORE: Nawaz Sharif’s daughter, Maryam Nawaz, was quick to hit back at Imran for his comments on Nawaz giving Rs800 million to his daughter, reported Geo News.
“Every father in the worldtakes pride in taking care of his daughter and giving her respect. But how would a shameless father like you know the relationship between a father and a daughter,” Maryam tweeted.
The Sharif family’s spokesperson responded to Imran Khan’s allegations on Thursday, terming them ‘ridiculous.’ “Imran Khan’s mental condition indicates that he is in trauma,” the spokesperson said, adding that the PTI chief’s statements make no sense. “Imran himself doesn’t know what he is saying,” they said.
In an exclusive conversation with Geo News, Hussain Nawaz dismissed Imran’s allegations. “All of Imran’s allegations are baseless,” he said, adding that the PTI chief should submit proofs if he has any.
He further said that Imran should also try to find the proof if NAB has failed to find them. “How will proof be found when we didn’t do any corruption,” Hussain said, adding that he had not received any notices from the NAB or the governments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom.
