Child killed in Bannu blast

BANNU: A child was killed and another sustained injuries in a bomb blast in the limits of Cantonment Police Station, police said here on Saturday.

They said that two children were catching fish in the Nala Kachkot when an explosion device went off. As a result, two children Rahmatullah and Tehsinullah sustained critical wounds.

They said that the injured children were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital where Rahmatullah succumbed to his injuries.
