CDA reshuffles officers of different cadres

Islamabad : The management of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) reshuffled around two dozen officers of different cadres giving charges of two directorates to officers of BPS-18.

According to a notification issued by the Human Resource Development (HRD), Deputy Director of the engineering wing Said Badshah has been given current charge of Director Electrical and Mechanical in addition to his existing duty of Director W&S. Two other deputy directors of the engineering wing Syed Mansoor Shah and Waqas Fareed who were already working against posts of directors have been given additional charges of directorates.

Mansoor Shah who is Project Director of Landfill Project has been transferred as Director Roads (North) while Waqas Fareed has been appointed in his place to monitor the project. Deputy Director Sanitation Abdul Rauf has been directed to report to HRD.

According to the notification, two other deputy directors who were already heading directorates have been assigned additional responsibilities. Project Director Bari Imam project Tahir Mehmood has been given additional charge of Project Director Sector I-15. Director on current charge Hakim Shah will also hold charge of Director Contracts.

Deputy Director Electrical and Mechanical has been given additional charge in another directorate while Mian Irfan who awaiting for posting has been appointed as Deputy Director Electrical and Mechanical Faisal Mosque.

The HRD directorate has also issued orders for transfers and postings of the 15 other officials of BPS 17 and BPS-16. Meanwhile, the CDA management has also withdrawn suspension orders of Deputy Director Municipal Administration Ghulam Haider.
