Pakistan face India in Blind Cricket WC opener
LAHORE: Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) Thursday announced the schedule of the forthcoming 5th edition of World Cup Cricket of the Blind (ODI format) to be held in Pakistan and UAE from January 7 to 21, 20i8. Opening ceremony will be held at Lahore and Ajman on January 7,2018. The 1st match of the World Cup will be played between Pakistan and India on January 8,2018 at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore. On the same day, the other match will be played between Nepal and Bangladesh at Bagh-i-Jinnah Ground Lahore. Pakistan will face Bangladesh on January 9 at Jinnah Stadium Gujranwala while India will play against Nepal at Iqbal Stadium Faisalabad and Australia will take on Sri Lanka at Ajman (UAE) on the same day. The grand final of the World Cup will be held at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore on January 21.
