Dr Essa Mohammad Karachi TT begins today

KARACHI: Dr Essa Mohammad Karachi Table Tennis Championship will begin here at the Islamia club on Saturday (today).All affiliated clubs of Karachi Table Tennis Association (KTTA) are participating in the event.

The competitions would be contested in men’s and women’s team, singles, doubles and mixed doubles, KTTA said on Friday.The teams featuring in the six-day affair include Islamia Club, Amroha Club, Young Stars Club, Essa Lab, Agha Khan Club, Khokar Club, Sunset Club, Creek Club, Hasanabad Club, Sindh Sports Board, Fatmiya Sports Complex, Times Table Tennis, Alishan Table Tennis Club and Salawat Club.Today’s fixtures: Women’s team event (3:30pm), Men’s team event (5:30pm).
