LAHORE: Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi has said it was a conspiracy to change the oath declaration pertaining to Khatam-e-Nabuwat (PBUH) for electoral candidates. Talking to different delegations here on Monday, Tahir Ashrafi said some elements tried to create chaos in the country on the issue, but political and religious leadership foiled their conspiracies.
