Minister withdraws privilege motion after talks

NOWSHERA: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Excise and Taxation Mian Jamsheduddin Kakakhel has withdrawn his privilege motion from the assembly secretariat after successful talks with the Provincial Civil Services Officers Association on Friday.
Led by Secretary Excise and Taxation Javed Marwat, the officers’ association body members including chief minister’s special secretary Akhtar Saeed Turk, Provincial Coordinator Fahad Ikram Qazi and Deputy Secretary Finance Abdul Hafeez visited the office of Mian Jamshedud Din Kakakhel.
The meeting resolved the issue between Additional Assistant Commissioner Dr Mohsin Habib and the minister after four-hour talks. After the successful talks, the minister withdrew his privilege motion.
