Section 144 imposed in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Deputy Commissioner Peshawar under Section 144 Cr.PC, has imposed ban on dumping of debris and construction material including bricks, sand, cement, crush in the passage way of Rabi-ul-Awal processions in District Peshawar.
Anyone found violating this order shall be preceded against under Section 188 PPC. This order shall come into force forthwith for a period of 15- days.
