Six men arrested by Rangers

The Sindh Rangers arrested six suspects in operations conducted across the city on Monday. A spokesman for the paramilitary force said an activist of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement–London, identified as Mohsin Mirza, was arrested in an intelligence-based raid in the city’s Jamshed Quarters area.
As per the official, Mirza had been interrogated and admitted to his involvement in extortion and other heinous crimes. In a raid conducted in the Saudabad locality, the Rangers arrested a suspect identified as Allah Bukhsh. He was said to be a member of a Lyari-based criminal gang and was wanted in multiple cases
Targeted raids in Gulshan and Landhi led to the arrests of three accused, later identified as Fazeel alias Fazee, Mohammed Aqib Baloch and Mohammed Kamran. The accused were said to be involved in motorcycle theft and muggings.
Another suspect, identified as Fahim Ahmed, was arrested in another raid in Landhi. He was said have been involved in cases of arson (torching vehicles) and other criminal offences. The Rangers spokesman said weapons and looted items were seized in all th raids. Also, all the arrested men were later handed over to the police for further legal proceedings.
