Super Eight matches from November 29

KARACHI: The Super Eight stage of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy would begin from November 29 in Karachi and Hyderabad, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Friday.
The teams which have qualified for this stage have been clubbed in two groups. Former champions Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Lahore Blues and Lahore Whites have been placed in Group I. Group II carries United Bank Limited (UBL), Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) and defending champions WAPDA.
The leading sides of the two groups will qualify for the final which will be held from December 20-24. Its venue is yet to be decided.
Schedule: Group-1: Nov 29 to Dec 2: SNGPL v HBL (NBP Sports Complex, Karachi), Lahore Blues v Lahore Whites (UBL Ground No1 Karachi).
Dec 6-9: SNGPL v Lahore Whites (Niaz Stadium, Hyderabad), Lahore Blues v HBL (State Bank Ground, Karachi).
Dec 13-16: SNGPL v Lahore Blues (Niaz Stadium, Hyderabad), HBL v Lahore Whites (NBP Sports Complex, Karachi)
Group II: Nov 29-Dec 2: UBL v SSGC (Niaz Stadium, Hyderabad), KRL v WAPDA (State Bank Ground, Karachi).
Dec 6-9: UBL v WAPDA (NBP Sports Complex, Karachi), KRL v SSGC (UBL Ground No 1 Karachi).
Dec 13-16: UBL v KRL (UBL Ground No 1, Karachi), SSGC v WAPDA (State Bank Ground, Karachi).
