Polo in Pink matches abandoned

LAHORE: The third day matches of the Polo in Pink Tournament 2017 were abandoned due to heavy rain and wet ground of the Lahore Polo Club on Thursday.
On this occasion Lahore Polo Club (LPC) president Irfan Ali Hyder said: “For the club, the safety of players and horses is top priority, that’s why due to wet conditions, the matches were not conducted. The rain-affected matches will now be contested on Saturday.”
Today (Friday), the first match of Group B will be played between Guard Group and Artema Medical/Black Horse Paints at 2.00 pm while in the second match at 3.00 pm, Edezell will vie against Remington Polo.
