School’s barbed wire fence stolen

ARIFWALA: Thieves Wednesday stole a barbed wire fence of the government primary school of Chak No 63/EB.
Headmaster Ashiq Hussain told police that accused Mubeen Shah and his accomplices stole the barbed wire fence of the school. He said the barbed wire fence cost Rs 40,000.
MOTORCYCLE LIFTED: Thieves stole a motorcycle of Abdul Qayyum, of Faisal Town in the area of city Arifwala police.
He parked his motorcycle outside a shop and entered the shop, when he came back he found the motorbike missing.
HOUSE LOOTED: Seven dacoits stormed into house of Muhammad Sardar and decamped with valuables worth Rs 4 lakh.
Sardar told police accused Ehtisham and his accomplices entered the house in O Block and taken away valuables worth Rs 395,000.
INJURED OVER TRIFLE: A man was inflicted injuries over a trifle in Chak No 147/EB.
Irfan, son of Fiaz, was on the way to his home, when accused Amir, son of Arif and others, of the same village, started beating him.
LIQUOR SEIZED: Police on a tip-off seized some 35 litres liquor on Wednesday.
ASI Ahsan Haider, of PS Qabola raided a locality of Chak 37/EB and found accused Arslan and Adnan distillating liquor.
