PTDC managing director to attend World Tourism Day event in Qatar

Islamabad: Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) Managing Director Ch. Abdul Ghafoor Khan is leaving for Qatar today (Tuesday) to attend a ceremony for celebration of World Tourism Day.
According to official spokesman, Mukhtar Ali, Manager, PTDC, this year, for the first time, managing director Pakistan Tourism will be attending the official celebration of World Tourism Day 2017 at Doha, Qatar on September 27, 2017.
He has been invited by the Secretary General UN World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) as a guest speaker in the High Level Think Tank: Tourism as a means for sharing and enhancing our cultures and mutual understanding. The Think Tank will mainly focus on tourism development and promotion in developing countries.
