Two commit suicide in Bannu
BANNU: Two persons committed suicide for unknown reasons in separate places in the district on Saturday, police said.
They said that one Qasim Khan, 16, shot himself dead at Hebak Sher Zaman Surani falling in the limits of the Basiakhel Police Station.
The body was shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital in Bannu for autopsy and later handed over to the family members for burial.
Meanwhile, one Shafiullah committed suicide by shooting himself in the head in the limits of the City Police Station. The police registered separate cases and started investigation.
Man killed in Mansehra accident: A man, Amanullah, was killed and five of his family members sustained injuries when their motorcar, on way to Kaghan valley from Swat, plunged into a ravine in Kotkay on Saturday.
Amanullah died instantly and his wife Zahida Parveen, and cousin Samiba Bibi and children Zaryab, Ilyas, Abbas and Kashif sustained critical injuries.
